Our History
Epopsi Products is a family owned business and was launched in the year 2005 with a vision to introduce modern, eco-friendly materials in the construction industry. As a first step towards this goal, we introduced a Two Component Sealant into the plumbing industry for the C.I. Pipe joints.
This material was mainly targeted to replace Lead which inspite of being a major pollutant and health hazard, was widely used in the plumbing industry and was long overdue for a modern, sustainable and eco-friendly replacement.
Through extensive marketing, research, consultation with architects and industry experts, the material was introduced into the Indian market. The product received an overwhelming response and the demand has been growing exponentially since. Today, across the country, all major construction projects such as commercial complexes, multi-storied buildings, IT Parks and residential buildings have the sealants supplied by Epopsi Products pre-specified in their planning phase itself.
This successful venture not only got us noticed by top architects within the industry but also raised our customers’ expectations in regards to the quality of products being marketed by Epopsi Products. This encouraged us to expand our portfolio and to start promoting insulation materials and within a short span of time, we have been recognised by the market as a reliable source guaranteeing a constant supply of high quality thermal insulation material.
The overwhelming success of the products promoted by Epopsi Products within the plumbing industry reinforced our conviction in the company’s vision. The demand for high class materials within the Indian Construction industry encouraged us to actively explore more modern, eco-friendly and world class building materials for introduction into the Indian Construction Industry.
The company was prompted to expand and to start a new venture Epopsi Strümat to deal with new technology and high quality materials for roofing, facade and interior ceilings.
